• Once the requested mod is done, we sign out of the account immediately, and the access is automatically removed from the device.
Q/ Does the mod harm the console?
• No, the mod never harms the console in any way whatsoever
Q/ My copy of the game is shared from someone else — can I still order?
• Yes, you can buy even if the game is shared from another person, as long as you meet the product requirements — for example if it says above that the game must be on a European account
Q/ My console is jailbroken — can I order?
• No, the mod is only for original, unmodified consoles ( no jailbreak ).
Q/ Do I need to be at the console ( PlayStation ) when ordering?
• Not at all — you can order while you are out of the house. All we need is for you to have your phone with the PSN app installed on it.

• No, our store's mods are fully ban-safe — except for a few games that have conditions listed in their product descriptions which you must follow to avoid a ban.
Q/ How long does the order take?
• Once we start working on your order, we need from 1 up to a maximum of 5 minutes to finish the mod, and then you can log back into your account and play.
Q/ Will the mod stay with me forever, or disappear after a while?
• Luckily you came to the right place — the mod stays with you forever, as long as you do not delete it yourself from the console or the cloud storage.
Q/ Will you provide mods for new games that release in the future?
