Return & Refund Policy

1. Contact Us First If you wish to exchange or return a product, you must contact us before taking any further steps.

2. Full Refund Eligibility A customer is entitled to a full refund only if we were unable to fulfill the order on their account and the issue was caused by a fault in our product itself — not due to the team or delivery delays. The issue must be reported within 3 days of receipt to be eligible.


3. Non-Product Related Cancellations If a customer wishes to cancel their order for any of the following reasons — order delay, change of mind after purchase, or accidental purchase — and the reason is unrelated to a fault in the product itself, the customer is eligible to exchange the product for another item in the store of equal value. A monetary refund will not be issued in these cases.


4. Defective or Misrepresented Products If the product is defective or does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days. The customer must provide proof of purchase including: order number, payment method, and amount paid. A full refund will be issued upon verification.


5. No Refund for Customer Negligence A customer is not entitled to a refund or exchange if they did not read the product description before purchasing, and subsequently received a game ban as a result of the modification. This falls under the customer's own responsibility and the store bears no liability in such cases.


6. Discounted & Promotional Items Products purchased under discounts or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a product defect as outlined in Article 4 of this policy.


7. Cases Where Returns & Exchanges Are Not Accepted Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Returns are not accepted after 3 days from the date of receipt, regardless of the issue. Exchanges are not accepted after 14 days.
  • If the product has been altered from its original condition for any reason.
  • If the product was used incorrectly and the fault is being attributed to the product itself.
  • Products that were custom-made according to specifications provided by the customer.
